M.A.S.H., directed by me, produced by CHTV, written by Jake and AmirDigg it.

The story:

We shot this over the course of two days in a beautiful house in Brooklyn.  This features 2/3 of our Hand Vagina cast.  They are remarkable, remarkable young actors.  Jay injured himself on set (rough housing, nothing production-related) and managed to give a great performance anyway.  This was a very stressful shoot, and proof that great things can come out of hard days.

And yes: we had Jumanji specifically in mind when we developed this.

CHTV positions

CHTV is looking to fill several positions over the next month:

Art Director. Manage props, costumes, make-up, and set dressings for our intensive shoot schedule.  Must have great organizational and some artistic skills.

Production Manager. Manage equipment and crew for our intensive shoot schedule.  Must have a strong production background and great people skills.

Post Production Coordinator. Manage the post production schedule, our YouTube and MySpace relationships, coordinating with marketing, and posting to the site.  Must have great people and computer skills.  Some editing experience is a plus.

Production Assistant. Report to the Producers/Directors for any help they need in preproduction, create call sheets, and help manage the budget.  Must have great people skills and be good with paperwork.

March of Shame, directed by me, produced by CHTV.  Digg it.

The story:

This is one of Dan’s scripts and one of my favorites to date.  I salivated at the opportunity to do something cinematic.  The piece includes some of my favorite CHTV shots to date, including the top shot of the women fleeing the prospective students.  The goal was for the women to be something in between creatures and people.  Our cast became fast friends and were a great ensemble, copying each other’s movements.

Our VO artist, Tom Kane, does a great Morgan Freeman impression.  We released this video hours before we found out Freeman was hospitalized after a car accident.  It’s a terrible coincidence.  I love Freeman and his work and wish him a swift recovery.

streeter:

Hey!  I wrote this video based on an article from a while back. Mike Parker did the animation and voices and, in my opinion, did a fantastic job.

Digg it if you dig it.

Streeter and Mike both did an outstanding job here.

My biggest role in a Hardly Working yet!  They let me crack out my Hannibal Lecter impression.
